ZDLN/ZXN type electric/pneumatic double seat regulating valves feature a double guidance structure and are equipped with a multi-spring actuator. They offer advantages such as compact structure, light weight, sensitive operation, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and easy assembly and disassembly. Widely used in precise control of gases, liquids, steam, and other media, maintaining process parameters like pressure, flow, temperature, and hydraulic pressure at specified values. Particularly suitable for applications with significant pressure differences and higher allowable leakage rates, where the medium is not very clean.
This series includes standard models, corrugated tube sealed types, jacketed insulated types, high-temperature types, and more. The nominal pressure ratings are PN16, 25, 40, and 64; the valve body bore range is DN25-450. The applicable fluid temperatures span -250℃ to +560℃ across various grades. The leakage standard is || grade ||| grade. Soft sealing can reach V| grade; the flow characteristic is linear or equal percentage. A wide variety of specifications are available for selection.
