The ZXPJ high viscosity medium heat-insulating sleeve pneumatic cut-off valve comes in various types, but to address the issue of improper heat insulation at the valve stem connection, a new design is proposed: an air-operated heat-insulating sleeve single seat regulating valve. The entire valve body and stem section are equipped with an outer layer of heat-insulating chambers, providing thermal protection for the entire stem, valve core, and body. Additionally, it features an air-driven actuator for easy automatic control, simple structure, minimal maintenance workload, and low equipment cost.
