Chongqing Business License Application Process

Step 1: Prepare Documents

To obtain a business license, the original and copies of all shareholders' ID cards, proof of business location, legal representative information, and proof of appointment for key personnel are required.

Step Two: Name Submission

Through the Chongqing Municipal Government Service Center website or at the business registration counter, submit the desired company name. After submission, the name will go through a verification and public announcement process. Upon approval, a preliminary approval notice for the company name will be issued.

Step 3: Business Registration

Bring the application materials and the company name approval notice to the Chongqing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation for submission. Once the materials are approved, you can proceed with obtaining the business license.

Step 4: Engraving Seals

After obtaining the business license, you will need to go to the designated location to apply for the company's financial seal, invoice seal, public seal, and legal person seal, etc.

Step 5: Open a Bank Account

Bring your business license and seal to a bank with relevant qualifications to open a corporate account.
