1. Name Approval

Visit the Market Supervision and Administration website to apply for a company name registration. Fill in the name of the company you plan to establish, ensuring it does not infringe on any trademarks.

2. Confirm registration and relevant information

The company charter has been finalized, including the scope of business, registered address, information on legal representatives, shareholders, supervisors, corporate contacts, and financial officers (only 2-3 people for a limited liability company).

Submit Application

The company has signed the (Application for Establishment Registration), which includes real-name authentication of the legal representative, shareholders, supervisors, as well as agent identity information and proof of residence.

4. Obtain business license and stamps receipt
