The main material of the reaction vessel (mainly various grades of stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, nickel, tantalum, transparent glass, and PTFE lining), the structural form, pressure levels, heating methods, and the shape of the impeller can be customized according to customer requirements. We can also design and manufacture non-standard equipment such as condensers and evaporators based on customer specifications, and provide magnetic drive stirring systems for various reactors and containers.

1. WDF Series End Face Magnetic Drive Stirred Reactor: This model features a low torque stirrer, suitable for mixing flammable, explosive, toxic, or valuable media with low viscosity under conditions of high temperature, high pressure, and high speed.

WHF Series Rare Earth Ring-Type Permanent Magnet Stirred Reactor: This model features a high torque mixer, suitable for stirring reactions under high temperature, high pressure, and high-speed conditions, for mediums with high viscosity such as flammable, explosive, toxic, and valuable substances.

3. WBF Series Rare Earth Ring-Type Permanent Magnet Drive Transparent Glass Reactor: This model of glass reactor boasts significant advantages in terms of pressure resistance, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. Particularly, its excellent transparency of the reactor body facilitates observation of the material reaction process and creates superior conditions for filming and video recording of the internal medium reaction process.

4. FCH Series Magnetic Drive Stirrer: Designed for mixing reactions under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions for flammable, explosive, toxic, and valuable mediums in pilot and large-scale production. It effectively resolves the leakage issue that conventional mechanical and packing seals cannot overcome, ensuring environmental and personal safety.
