Waste Iron Crusher Working Principle:

The core principle of the scrap iron crusher is to use hammers to strike metal materials. Driven by a high-speed, high-torque electric motor, the hammers on the main rotor alternately strike the materials to be crushed inside the cavity. Through the space formed between the baffles and the hammers, the materials to be crushed are torn into pieces that meet the specifications. Depending on the working condition of the crusher, it can be categorized into dry systems, wet systems, and semi-wet systems. The dry system mainly refers to the need for the crushed materials to pass through an air-swing sorting system to separate metals from non-metals, and the entire system is equipped with a dust removal device. The wet system involves spraying water during the crushing process and washing the materials with water during sorting. The semi-wet system only sprays a small amount of water when necessary during crushing to prevent dust but does not involve cleaning.

Internal Structure and Advantages:

This scrap iron shredder is made of 20mm to 30mm manganese steel plate, featuring a hydraulic system on the main machine for easy cover lifting and maintenance. The operation is user-friendly, with a reinforced cutting disk and thickened shaft for effectively shredding difficult-to-shred metal blocks. The bottom sieve can be customized according to the user's shredded metal specifications (sieve hole φ30mm-φ60mm). The machine is available in single and dual motor configurations, allowing users to select the model based on transformer size. The dual motor configuration significantly reduces torque force, making the scrap iron shredder energy-efficient and power-saving. When shredding metal objects like drums or barrels, a single motor can be used to take advantage of the machine's inertia for shredding.
