Principle of Operation for Metal Crushing Machine:

The core principle of the metal shredder is to use hammers to strike metal materials. Driven by a high-speed, high-torque electric motor, the hammers on the main rotor alternately strike the materials to be shredded within the chamber, tearing them into properly sized fragments through the space formed between the liners and hammers. Depending on the shredder's operating condition, it can be categorized into dry, wet, and semi-wet systems. The dry system mainly refers to the shredded materials being sorted by an air rotation system to separate metals from non-metals, with the entire system equipped with a dust removal device. The wet system involves spraying water during the shredding process and washing during sorting. The semi-wet system only sprays a small amount of water when needed for shredding to prevent dust, without any cleaning.
