EVRP Car Charging Cable, Electric Vehicle Cable, Charging Cable UV Charging Station Cable Technical Specification 4) 105℃ material is flame-retardant (cable required to pass束烧C test), suitable for multi-core wires. 6) The 125℃ material must have good tear resistance, above 6N/mm (as per the testing method for rubber cables). 4. Core Wire and Filling - Core wire must be stranded - Center filling is permissible

Conductors - Wire counts: 2, 3, 4, 5 with or without signal control wire - Conductors belong to Category 6 of EN60228 - Tin-plated or not - Recommended wire cross-sections: 0.5; 1; 1.5; 2.5; 4; 6; 10; 16 mm² Note: 1) Unless specified, all temperature conditions refer to room temperature, i.e., 23 ± 2°C.
2) Cable long-term operating temperature is available in two grades: -40℃ to 125℃ and -40℃ to 105℃.
3) The 125℃ material is low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant, suitable for single-core wires.
5) The 125℃ material has a test temperature of 125℃ for 3000 hours, 150℃ for 240 hours, and a thermal overload temperature of 175℃. The 105℃ material has a test temperature of 105℃ for 3000 hours, 135℃ for 240 hours, and a thermal overload temperature of 150℃.
7) After 240-hour, 150℃ aging test, the material remains colorfast and does not fade.
2. The insulation layer permits the use of suitable materials for wrapping the conductor.
3. Insulation - The conductor must be covered with specified insulating materials - The insulation must be extruded and solid, with even thickness. The insulation must not damage itself, the conductor, or any existing tin plating upon removal - The specified thickness of the insulation should comply with standard requirements. The average thickness of the insulation should not be less than the specified value, and the minimum thickness should not be less than 90% of the specified value, which is 0.1mm.
5. Inner Sheath (if applicable) - The stranded core wire must be covered with an inner sheath made of the same material as the outer sheath or insulation - The inner sheath must be extruded over the insulated core wire, allowing for gaps between the insulated cores to form a practical circular shape - There should be no harmful interaction between the inner sheath and the insulation - The inner sheath should not stick to the insulated core wire - The specified thickness of the inner sheath must comply with the standard requirements
6. Screening - The screening, made of bare copper wire or tin-plated copper wire braid, should be covered by the inner sheath - The nominal diameter of the copper wire should conform to the standard given value - The total number of twists, twist angle, and filling factor within a screening length of 100mm must all meet the standard requirements
