Cable drums for cranes, with high tensile strength, wear-resistant, and drag-resistant, suitable for complex operating conditions. Widely used in heavy machinery such as harbor gantry cranes, container cranes, gantry cranes, bucket wheel excavators, automated equipment, ship loaders, and tower cranes, among similar applications.

Craning Drum Cable

• Conductor:Fine oxygen-free bare copper wire, multi-strand braided, conforms to VDE 0295/IEC Class 5 or Class 6 standards.

• Insulation:Nitrile/automotive-grade/TPE rubber compound, flexible and elastic.

• Core Wire Marking:Color differentiation or numerical coding.

• Core wire structure:Anti-torsion structure, composite cable assembly

• Reinforcement part:A combination tensile cable element with multiple-strand hemp rope filling, galvanized steel wire rope, Kevlar tensile fibers, etc. (optional);

• Inner sleeve:High-strength, compression-molded, special composite sheath material

• Shielding:Oxygen-free bare copper wire mesh or antioxidant copper wire mesh braided shielding, braiding density ≥70% or above 85

• Outer Sheath:High-strength PUR material

• Cover Color:Black, yellow, gray, orange, (other colors available upon customer's request).
