EV cable with woven copper wire insulated with EPDM rubber and jacketed with chloroprene rubber shield

Cable long-term service temperature ranges are available in two grades: -40℃ to 125℃ and -40℃ to 105℃.
125℃ material is low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant, suitable for single-core wire.

105℃ material is flame-retardant (cable required to pass bundle burning C), used for multi-core wires.
125°C material: Test temperature at 3000h is 125°C, 240h test temperature is 150°C, thermal overload temperature is 175°C. 105°C material: Test temperature at 3000h is 105°C, 240h test temperature is 135°C, thermal overload temperature is 150°C.
The material at 125℃ must have good tear resistance, above 6N/mm (as per the testing method for rubber cables).
The material remains color-fast and does not fade after a 240-hour, 150℃ aging test.
2. The insulation layer allows the use of suitable materials for wrapping the conductors.
3. Insulation - Conductor must be covered with specified insulating material - Insulation must be extruded and solid, with uniform thickness. Removal of insulation must not damage the insulation itself, the conductor, or any existing tin coating - The specified thickness of the insulation should comply with standard requirements. The average thickness of the insulation should not be less than the specified value, and the minimum thickness should not be less than 90% of the specified value, i.e., 0.1mm.

4. Core Wire and Filling - Core wire must be stranded - Center filling is permissible

Inner Sheath (if applicable) - The stranded core wire must be covered with an inner sheath made of the same material as the outer sheath or insulation - The inner sheath must be extruded over the insulated core wire, allowing for gaps between the insulated wire cores to form an actual circular shape - There should be no harmful interaction between the inner sheath and the insulation - The inner sheath should not adhere to the insulated core wire - The specified thickness of the inner sheath must comply with the standard requirements
6. Shielding - The shielding, made of bare copper wire or tin-plated copper wire braiding, should be covered with the inner sheath - The nominal diameter of the copper wire should match the standard specified values - The total number of twists, twist angle, and filling factor within a 100mm length of the shielding must meet the standard requirements
7. Sheath or Outer Sheath - Must be covered with specified sheath material for shielding or stranded conductors - The outer sheath must be a single-layer extrusion and must fit tightly without adhering to the shielding or conductors - The specified thickness of the sheath should comply with standards. The average thickness of the sheath should not be less than the specified value, and the thinnest part of the sheath should not be less than 85% of the specified value - 0.1mm.
8. Signal Control Wires (if applicable) - Should be twisted with core wires - Allowable with shielding layer, with all fill factors meeting standard requirements
