Product Introduction:

High-energy igniter for aerospace engines

The components consist of the high-energy igniter TYQ-1-16-2, the ignition cable TYL-54, and the semiconductor nozzle TYZ-173.

Application: The product is mounted on the engine and is widely used in aerospace engine start点火 and in-air secondary点火.

Semiconductor electrical nozzle TYZ-173

1. Function: High-voltage DC pulse is released to the front-end special semiconductor glaze ceramic surface of the electrode, forming a strong electron avalanche-electric spark, unaffected by environmental factors.

2. Integrated design with ignition cable and semiconductor spark plug.

3. The connection part with the igniter uses a bundling fuse design to prevent loosening.

4. Material: 95 High-Alumina Porcelain, High-Temperature Alloy, Glass Adhesive, Semiconductor Ceramic.

5. Craft Structure: Seamless stainless steel construction, sealed with high-temperature glass glue.
