High-energy ignition system for aviation engines

The assembly consists of the high-energy igniter TYQ-2-6, ignition cable TYL-52, and semiconductor electrode TYZ-171, corresponding to the foreign PBS TJ100P engine's high-energy igniter.

Application: Used for engine assembly, widely applied in aviation engine starting ignition and in-air secondary ignition.

Ignition Cable TYL-52

Function: Transmission of high-voltage pulse electricity.

Material: Silicone rubber, tin-plated copper wire, copper shield, stainless steel mesh.

3. Process Structure: Single-core multi-strand full silicone rubber sheath, copper shield layer, outermost layer with stainless steel mesh, and stainless steel bent tube.

4. Operating temperature range: -60℃ to 200℃.

5. The contact features a spring design with a nut for clamping, allowing for separation of contact and fastening.

Semiconductor Tip TYZ-171

Function: High-voltage DC pulse electricity is released to the front-end special semiconductor glaze ceramic surface of the electrode, forming a strong electron avalanche-electric spark, and is unaffected by environmental conditions.

3. The ignition connector features a wiring harness with fuse design to prevent loosening.
