Product Advantages Performance excellence: All specifications meet the national standard A-grade adhesive requirements. Stable and Durable: Resistant to humid heat aging and long-term stress, meets the 50-year service life requirements of the design. Widely applicable: Suitable for construction at temperatures ranging from -15 to 35°C. Ease of Construction: Quick and convenient, saving labor hours I. Construction Process Flow Installation Instructions: 1. Surface Cleaning Prior to beginning the drilling work, the structural surface must be thoroughly cleaned. 2. Positioning According to design specifications, technical personnel will mark the drilling locations for reinforcement anchoring points. Once marked, the site supervisor will verify the lines. Drilling (1) When drilling, strictly adhere to the design specifications and try to avoid the original structural rebar as much as possible. If the original structural main rebar is encountered during the drilling of the rebar embedding location, the position may be slightly adjusted for avoidance, but the displacement of the rebar embedding location should not be excessive. (2) The hole depth should be checked promptly during the drilling process. 4. Clean Holes (1) Holes construction completed, with three blowings and two brushings. First, use an air pump to blow away the dust inside the holes, then clean the holes thoroughly with a measuring cylinder brush to ensure the bonding quality. After cleaning, immediately seal the holes temporarily with wood stoppers, plastic, etc., to prevent dust and foreign objects from falling in. 5. Reinforcement Cleaning (1) Reinforcing bars for anchoring must be properly de-rusted and cleaned; the de-rusting length should be about 50mm longer than the anchoring length. (2) Use a wire brush to sand the surface of the rebar within the specified rust removal length, achieving a glossy finish. 6. Reinforcement bar grouting (1) Insert the glue gun nozzle into the hole, slowly inject the glue into the hole until the rebar is inserted and the anchor adhesive fills the hole completely, allowing excess to overflow from the hole; ensure the glue is injected in one continuous motion. (2) Clearly mark the rebar end after surface treatment according to the depth of insertion, then insert it into the hole, rotating it slowly in the same direction as you go, until the bottom of the hole is reached; at this point, the anchor adhesive should overflow from the hole. (3) Maintain natural curing at room temperature. Ensure proper protection for the embedded steel bars to prevent them from being shaken or collided during the curing period of the anchor adhesive. 7. Surface Protection Ensure surface protection based on the site conditions. II. Performance Parameters Section 3: Precautions Take as needed, it is recommended to use 20~30 minutes' worth of adhesive at a time when picking the glue to avoid waste. 2. Environmental temperature affects curing speed; the higher the temperature, the faster the curing, and vice versa. 3. During winter construction, heating can be applied when the colloidal temperature is low; however, the heating temperature should not exceed 50℃. Do not allow children to handle; do not ingest. 5. Wear gloves, masks, safety goggles, and other protective gear during construction. If the gel accidentally comes into contact with skin or clothing, wash it off immediately with water. If it is accidentally ingested or gets into your eyes, seek medical attention promptly.
