Product Introduction:
Glass Fiber Geogrid is a mesh-like structural material made from glass fiber using a specific weaving technique. To protect the glass fiber and enhance the overall performance, it undergoes a special coating treatment process, resulting in a geosynthetic composite material.
Glass fiber geogrid is a new and excellent geosynthetic base material for reinforcing road surfaces and subgrades. This product is made by weaving and coating glass fiber long filaments. The glass fiber geogrid boasts high tensile strength in both longitudinal and transverse directions, low elongation, high modulus of elasticity, and excellent resistance to high and low temperatures. After surface coating, it exhibits excellent alkali resistance and aging resistance. It is widely used for reinforcing asphalt pavements, cement concrete pavements, and subgrades; it is suitable for both rigid and flexible pavements, and compared to traditional pavements, it can reduce costs, extend service life, and prevent road reflective cracking. The glass fiber geogrid can also be used for reinforcing soft soils in railways, airports, water conservancy projects, embankments, and road subgrades.

Primary Use:
1. Aging asphalt concrete pavement, reinforced asphalt surface layer for strength enhancement, and disease prevention.
2. Concrete pavement reconstruction leads to composite pavement, causing reflective cracks due to panel shrinkage.
3. Road expansion project, preventing cracks caused by the combination of old and new sections and uneven settlement.
4. Reinforcement treatment for soft soil foundation, benefiting water drainage and consolidation of soft soil, effective settlement, uniform stress distribution, and enhanced overall strength of the subgrade.
5. New road subgrade with semi-rigid pavement generates shrinkage cracks; reinforced reinforcement is used to prevent the reflection of foundation cracks causing pavement cracks.
