Polypropylene mesh fiber is a bundle of fibers that are interwoven into a mesh, made from polypropylene granules through special processing and treatment. When added to concrete mix and stirred, these fibers form a fully expanded single fiber or mesh structure, creating a random support system within the concrete. It effectively controls the early plastic shrinkage and settlement cracks in concrete and cement mortar. This significantly enhances the concrete's impermeability, resistance to fracturing and impact, as well as its toughness and wear resistance, thereby greatly extending the lifespan of buildings and reducing maintenance costs.
Application Fields
High-crack resistance engineering for concrete roadways, bridge decks, airport runways, and factory floors.
Projects utilizing specialized construction methods for tunnels, mine walls, roof decks, reservoirs, etc.
3. River channels, dams, and other engineering projects; military defense structures, wharf revetments, pier columns, etc.
