Cellulose fibers are made from a unique plant species adapted to cold climates, representing a new type of durable concrete fiber developed after chemical synthetic fibers. Known as the third generation of concrete fibers in the engineering community, they possess natural hydrophilic properties and high strength and modulus. These fibers are produced from the unique plant species of cold regions, through a series of unique chemical treatments and mechanical processing. They inherently feature natural hydrophilicity and high strength and modulus due to their natural cell division growth in plant cells, which results in a strong gripping surface.
In subsequent processing, special materials are used to form the fibers into sheet monomers, facilitating their transportation and deployment. Under the action of water immersion and the frictional force of the mixer, the sheet monomers easily disperse into individual fiber strands, thereby providing anti-cracking effects. This effectively enhances the mechanical properties, frost-thaw resistance, and impermeability of concrete.
