Performance and Application

The HXT series ferric oxide desulfurization agent is a patented product.（ZL 2007 1 0139233.X），The new series of purifiers are primarily composed of artificial synthetic iron oxide with the material itself as the skeletal structure, supplemented by processing with different promoters. In addition to the general properties of ordinary iron oxide desulfurization agents, this invention possesses strong specificity, mainly addressing the following three challenges:

(1) Overcomes the challenges of low sulfur capacity, large size, and frequent replacement of desulfurization equipment for iron oxide desulfurizer under anaerobic or low-oxygen conditions.

(2) Overcomes the challenge of desulfurization in high or full atmosphere conditions, boasting advantages unmatched by activated carbon, significantly reducing desulfurization costs.

(3) Resolved the problem of scaling in traditional iron oxide desulfurization agents when exposed to water for extended periods. This series of products offers a wet strength of up to 25N/CM, effectively preventing scaling inside the tower.

The HXT series is mainly used for fine and coarse desorption in oxygen-free atmospheres; as well as for the fine and coarse desorption of process gas, industrial waste gas, etc., containing high or all of the atmosphere.

Due to the developed pore structure, during the desulfurization process, it can effectively remove asphalt, naphthalene, anthracene, quinone, solid micro-particles, and other impurities from the gas, and absorb the oxygen content in the gas.
