Stainless steel water tanks are the latest generation of water tanks, following the glass fiber reinforced plastic tanks. They are meticulously crafted from SUS304 stainless steel sheets, offering a beautiful appearance, economic practicality, and a durable structure that withstands the test of time. Compared to other tanks, stainless steel tanks boast numerous advantages, such as an attractive design, lightweight, high strength, corrosion and heat resistance, clean water quality, impermeability, seismic resistance, no algae growth, non-polluted water quality, easy installation, no need for maintenance, and easy cleaning.
Common stainless steel water tanks include fire-resistant stainless steel tanks, square modular tanks, vertical round tanks, and horizontal round tanks. Made from stainless steel plates such as SUS304, SUS316L, and SUS444, they are formed by stamping. Generally, they are available in three sizes: 1x1 meter, 1x0.5 meter, and 0.5x0.5 meter. The edges are welded using tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, offering high strength, light weight, low cost, and environmental hygiene. The manufacturing standard conforms to the National Building Standard 12S101 design collection.
Stainless steel water tanks are suitable for large hotels, restaurants, government agencies, apartments, scientific research and teaching buildings, as well as food processing and electronic industries that have high requirements for water quality. (Note: Caution should be exercised for those with high chlorine ion content in the water.)
