4 No Clogging: Equipped with a solid-liquid separation device, the pump impeller does not come into contact with debris, preventing entanglement and clogging, thereby extending its service life.

6 No Sediment Removal Required: Features a unique backwashing system that can effectively flush out sediment from the water tank at any time, ensuring the tank stays clean with no sediment buildup, eliminating the need for regular cleaning.

7 Control Methods: Utilizes liquid level float ball automatic control, equipped with over-limit water level audio-visual alarm function, manual and automatic operation features.

8 Equipment Configuration: Includes housing, pump, inlet and outlet pipes, solid-liquid separation device, rubber sealing strips, fasteners, emergency drain valve, outlet pipe and pipe fittings, spherical check valve (cast iron), control box, base, and accessories. The equipment's inlet and outlet pipes are connected using flanged joints.

The equipment water tank is made of 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel, with a lid featuring a handle and a latch for easy inspection and maintenance.

10 Control System: Main components in the intelligent control box are from Schneider, cabinet made of stainless steel 201 material.

11 Equipment Assembly Requirements: Welded parts and welding sections of installation should be firm, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing, with no defects such as false welding or open welds. Weld slag and flux should be cleaned thoroughly. All connection points should be secure and reliable, with no loose fasteners. All pipelines, electrical components, and wiring should be neatly and reasonably arranged.
