With the increasing tension of urban land, the continuous expansion and construction of cities force people to develop underground. Consequently, the wastewater discharge from buildings has become a major problem affecting people's lives. The existing underground wastewater discharge facilities, due to outdated technology and equipment, have high failure rates and require regular cleaning and maintenance by specialists. This not only causes significant pollution to the equipment in underground buildings but also fails to meet the growing demands of development.

This series of equipment achieves sealed discharge of wastewater, preventing secondary pollution during the discharge of wastewater from underground structures. It employs a separation technology for wastewater and debris, ensuring the entire unit requires no cleaning during operation. Additionally, this series boasts a low maintenance rate, making it the optimal choice for eliminating secondary environmental pollution from wastewater discharge in underground buildings in modern society.

1. Installation Method: Underground and ground installation; Integrated equipment with 2 pumps, alternating operation, serving as backups for each other.

4 Non-Clogging: Equipped with a solid-liquid separation device, the pump impeller does not come into contact with debris, preventing entanglement and clogging, thereby extending its service life.

5 Non-Polluting: The water tank features a fully sealed, removable lid design, ensuring wastewater is stored and discharged in a sealed state without overflow or odor.

6 Non-settling, no cleaning required: A unique backwash system that can effectively flush out sediments in the water tank at any time, ensuring the tank remains automatically clean with no sediment buildup, eliminating the need for routine cleaning.

7 Control Methods: Utilizes liquid level float ball automatic control, equipped with over-limit water level audio-visual alarm function, manual and automatic operation features.

8 Equipment Configuration: Includes the housing, pump, inlet and outlet pipes, solid-liquid separation device, rubber sealing strips, fasteners, emergency drain valve, outlet pipe and pipe fittings, spherical check valve (cast iron), control cabinet, base, and accessories. The equipment's inlet and drain pipes are connected using flanged joints.

9 Equipment water tank is made of 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel, with a lid featuring a handle and a buckle for easy inspection and maintenance.

10 Control System: Major components in the intelligent control box are from Schneider, with the cabinet made of 201 stainless steel.

11 Equipment Assembly Requirements: Welded joints and welding areas of installation should be firm, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing, free of defects such as false welding and open joints. Weld slag and flux should be cleaned thoroughly. All connection points should be secure and reliable, with no loose fasteners. Each pipeline, electrical component, and circuit should be arranged neatly and logically.
