Product Introduction

MPP is used as the main raw material, eliminating the need for extensive excavation, soil removal, and road damage for pipeline and cable installations in special locations such as roads, railways, buildings, and riverbeds. Compared to the traditional "trenching and burying" method, non-excavation power pipeline projects better meet current environmental protection requirements, removing disturbances like dust, traffic congestion, and other issues caused by conventional construction. This technology also allows for pipeline laying in areas where excavation is not feasible, such as historical protection zones, busy urban areas, crop and farmland protection zones, highways, rivers, and more.

Common pipe specifications are as follows: diameter110mm to 250mm, available in standard and reinforced types. The standard type is suitable for excavation and laying construction, as well as for projects with burial depths less than 4M for non-excavation crossing construction. The reinforced type is suitable for non-excavation crossing construction with burial depths greater than 4M.


Product Features:

1. MPP pipes feature excellent electrical insulation, ensuring safe use.

2. MPP pipes have high thermal deformation temperatures and excellent low-temperature impact properties.

3. MPP pipes exhibit higher tensile and compressive strength compared to HDPE.

4. MPP pipes are lightweight, smooth, have low friction resistance, and can be heat-welded for seamless connections.

5. Long-term operating temperature of MPP pipe: -5 to 70°C.

In special cases, upon agreement between both parties, other nominal inner diameters (or nominal wall thicknesses) of conduits can be produced, but their hoop stiffness (3%) grade remains unchanged.
   (At Room Temperature) Shall not be less than the ring stiffness grade (3%) of the nearest level in the table (at room temperature).

B SN24, SN32, SN40 are the hoop stiffness (3%) grades (at room temperature). They can also be produced with hoop stiffness (3%) higher than that listed, according to customer requirements.
