Wear-resistant ceramic linings are a special alumina ceramic material made primarily from aluminum oxide and fused with rare metal oxides, sintered at over 1700 degrees Celsius. These linings are also known by various names, including alumina ceramic linings, wear-resistant linings, and corundum ceramic linings.

Wear-resistant ceramics boast exceptional abrasion resistance, equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. Under the same operating conditions, they can extend the service life of equipment by at least ten times, reducing the frequency of equipment maintenance and replacement, and saving corporate costs.
