    In the industrial pneumatic conveying industry, an increasing number of companies are opting for wear-resistant ceramic pipes as their conveying pipes due to their superior wear resistance compared to other wear-resistant options, resulting in a longer service life.

    The inner lining of the wear-resistant ceramic pipes is made of alumina ceramic, which boasts high hardness and stable chemical properties. Its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. Under the same operating conditions, it can extend the service life of equipment by at least ten times. When combined with steel pipes, the alumina ceramic forms a wear-resistant ceramic pipe that lasts more than ten times longer than ordinary wear-resistant steel. The wear-resistant ceramic pipes have garnered favor from numerous enterprises.

    Many customers encounter severe operating conditions when using wear-resistant ceramic elbows, resulting in significant pipe wear due to the larger particle size of the material being transported. This also leads to severe wear on the ceramic elbows. To extend the lifespan of the ceramic elbows in such high-wear conditions, it is recommended to add a protective sleeve externally. This sleeve elbow can double the resistance to material wear, effectively extending the elbow's service life. Another approach is to increase the diameter of the bend pipe and the thickness of the ceramic material based on the properties of the material. As the bend pipe diameter increases, it reduces the velocity impact of the material, thereby lessening wear. Additionally, an increase in ceramic thickness can effectively resist material wear, thus enhancing the lifespan of the ceramic elbows.
