    The lithium battery raw material conveying pipeline is severely worn by wind and powder erosion, especially at the bends, where the airflow changes direction, leading to significant wear on the outer side of the bends. In response to this condition, our company recommends using a wear-resistant ceramic-lined pipe. This pipeline is composed of three layers: steel, adhesive, and ceramic. The steel component is made of 304 stainless steel pipe, while the ceramic is bonded to the inner wall of the steel using high-strength adhesive. After being heated and cured, it forms a sturdy wear-resistant layer. This product is suitable for pneumatic conveying of powders and can operate stably without aging or shedding at temperatures below 150℃ for an extended period. Its lifespan is more than 4-5 times that of ordinary pipelines.

    5. Easy Installation: 1/3 lighter than standard piping, it's easy to transport, saving labor, and installation is quicker and more efficient; allowing for pipes to be elevated higher with ease.

    6. Reduce the load of suspended support equipment and save on material costs.

    7. Reduced Maintenance: Excellent wear resistance significantly lowers the frequency of maintenance, saving costs and labor expenses.

    Product Features

    Our wear-resistant ceramic is a 95% Alumina ceramic, produced using 95% alumina powder, which is then formed through hot pressing casting and烧结 at 1700 degrees Celsius, resulting in a very dense sintered material that significantly enhances the wear resistance of the alumina ceramic.

    It boasts the following features:

    High hardness

    The Rockwell hardness rating is HRA 82-85, ranking only second to diamond in hardness.

    2. Excellent wear resistance

    According to权威机构 tests, ceramic materials exhibit several times the wear resistance of common steel under erosion conditions.

    3. Excellent shock resistance performance

    Ceramics can be formulated to form strong crystal bonds, significantly enhancing the impact resistance of alumina ceramics.

    4. Lightweight

    Its density is 3.6g/cm³, less than half that of steel. Replacing other bulky wear-resistant materials with wear-resistant ceramics can significantly reduce the load on the equipment.
