Superfluid grouting material is made by using high-strength materials as aggregates, cement as the binder, and supplemented with high fluidity, slight expansion, anti-segregation, and other substances. It is ready for use after adding a certain amount of water on-site, mixing it thoroughly. The grouting material boasts good self-leveling, rapid hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage, slight expansion; it is non-toxic, harmless, non-aging, and does not pollute water quality or the surrounding environment, with good self-sealing properties and anti-rust characteristics. During construction, it offers reliable quality, cost reduction, shortened construction time, and ease of use. It fundamentally alters the load-bearing condition of equipment bases, enabling them to uniformly bear the full load of the equipment, thereby meeting the installation requirements of various machinery and electrical equipment (heavy-duty equipment with high-precision grinding machines). Grouting materials are mainly used for: anchoring anchor bolts, emergency repairs of runways, equipment fixation, reinforcement of road and bridge projects, machine bases, structural steel foundations and ground sockets, secondary grouting of equipment foundations, embedded steel reinforcement, reinforcement and reconstruction of concrete structures, treatment of cracks in old concrete structures, installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, track and steel structure installation, sealing of static pressure pile projects, thickening of wall structures and repair of leaks and seepage, grouting for collapses in various foundation projects, and various emergency repair projects.
1. Primarily used for: anchoring foundation bolts, cutting and embedding rebars, and secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grout layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements is referred to as ordinary grout material.
2. Primarily used for: secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness of ≥150mm. Reinforcement and strengthening (修补 thickness ≥40mm) of building beams, slabs, columns, foundations, and floors. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements, referred to as reinforcement engineering grouting material.
3. Mainly used for: Prestressed duct grouting, secondary grouting of equipment with grouting layer thickness of 10mm < δ < 150mm, concrete beam column reinforcement angle steel and concrete gap grouting, known as concrete joint repair grouting material.
4. Primarily used for: installation of precision, large, and complex equipment; reinforcement and renovation of concrete structures, enhancement, rapid road repair; known as high-strength, non-shrinkage grouting material. 5. Primarily used for: grouting material in high-temperature environments, with stable volume under high temperatures and good thermal shock resistance; suitable for equipment foundations requiring secondary grouting with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm, under a long-term high-temperature radiation environment of 500℃; known as heat-resistant grouting material.
6. Mainly used for: Short construction time, 2-hour strength reaches C20; immediately operational equipment; grouting layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm for secondary grouting to expedite project timeline; referred to as emergency repair grouting material.
7. Primarily used for grouting requirements of large-volume, high-precision, and complex-structured equipment, ensuring no blind spots in the grouted areas. Offers excellent stability, known as specialty large-scale heavy-duty equipment grouting material for precision equipment.
8. Primarily used for: secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm, where the anchor bolts are set and rebar is embedded in freezing temperatures without being affected by frost damage. For equipment foundations requiring oil resistance, referred to as anti-freezing grouting material.
