High-Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material Product Features

1. The fluidity is greater than or equal to 300mm, allowing for uniform distribution and free flow after pouring. 2. It has good self-sealing properties, does not segregate or leak water, and does not require vibration. It can rely on its own weight to fill the grouting area. 3. Early high strength with high early strength: 1-day strength ≥ 30MPa, 3-day strength ≥ 50MPa, 28-day strength ≥ 60MPa. 4. The micro-expansion grouting material utilizes composite expansion technology, offering both pre-hardening and post-hardening expansion. This prevents the shrinkage of grouting material due to settling and water loss, thus preventing cracking and hollowing after pouring, and effectively maintaining the load-bearing surface. 5. Durable as an inorganic mixture, it is resistant to corrosion and aging. Domestic research shows: after 2 million fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycle tests, there is no significant change in strength. After soaking in engine oil for 30 days, the strength is significantly improved. 6. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, harmless, non-corrosive to steel reinforcement, and non-polluting to water quality and the surrounding environment. 7. Suitable for winter construction, allowing outdoor work at temperatures as low as -10°C.

High-strength shrinkage-free grouting material application

(1) Single and double grouting for equipment foundations requiring high-precision installation. (2) Reinforcement embedding and anchor bolt fixation in construction and geotechnical engineering. (3) Construction of reinforced building reinforcement and retrofit projects, including beam-column joints, expansion joints, and construction joints. (4) Emergency repair construction for roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, etc. (5) Anchor bolt construction for railway sleepers. (6) Column wet jacket steel reinforcement for filling angle steel and column gap joints.

High-Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material Recommended Dosage

Based on the reference dosage calculation of 2.2 to 2.4 t/m³, the actual usage is determined. It is precisely because the grouting material boasts a high strength, far exceeding the strength achievable with cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing, that it is known as high-strength, non-shrink grouting material!! There are different types of grouting materials, such as CGM, HGM, etc., which are determined according to the standards of various architectural research institutes. They do not represent the quality of the product. Specific usage should be tested.

High-strength, shrinkage-free grouting material application steps

1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and maintenance materials; clean the grouting space and pre-wet the concrete surface. 2. Set up the molds and seal the joints with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage or grout seepage. 3. Add water to the grouting material at 12-15% of its weight, mix it (using mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, or manual mixing for over 5 minutes). 4. Pour the well-mixed grouting material into the grouting area from one direction. If necessary, use bamboo strips or steel rods for guidance and gently tap the mold for consolidation. 5. After completion, immediately cover with plastic film and place straw mats or cotton blankets on top for moist curing for 3-7 days. 6. Use at temperatures between -10℃ and 40℃. Strictly prohibit the addition of any admixtures or external materials to the grouting material.

Unit dosage: approximately 2200 kg/m3. Note: The national standard specification for grouting materials, "GB50448-2015 Technical Specification for Application of Cementitious Grouting Materials," specifies compressive strength according to "GB177-85 Test Method for Compressive Strength of Cement Mortar Sand," and expansion rate according to "GB119-88 Technical Specification for Application of Concrete Admixtures."
