Superfluid grouting material is made of high-strength aggregates, cement as a binder, supplemented with high fluidity, slight expansion, anti-segregation, and other substances. It can be used after adding a certain amount of water at the construction site and mixing it thoroughly. The grouting material features good self-leveling, rapid hardening, early strength, high strength, no shrinkage, slight expansion; it is non-toxic, harmless, non-aging, and does not pollute water quality or the surrounding environment, with good self-sealing properties and anti-corrosion characteristics. During construction, it offers reliable quality, cost reduction, shortened project duration, and ease of use. It fundamentally alters the load-bearing conditions of equipment bases, allowing them to uniformly bear the full load of the equipment, thereby meeting the installation requirements of various mechanical and electrical equipment (heavy-duty high-precision grinding machines). It is the ideal grouting material for the era of padless installation.

Grouting materials are primarily used for: anchoring of ground bolts, emergency repairs of runways, equipment fixation, reinforcement of road and bridge projects, machine bases, strengthening and modification of steel structures and foundations, secondary grouting of equipment foundations, embedding of rebars, reinforcement and renovation of concrete structures, treatment of cracks in old concrete structures, installation of mechanical and electrical equipment, installation of tracks and steel structures, sealing of static pressure pile projects, thickening of wall structures and repair of leaks and seepage, grouting for subsidence in various foundation projects, and various emergency repair projects.

1. Primarily used for: anchoring foot bolts, cutting and embedding rebars, and secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements is referred to as ordinary grouting material.

2. Primarily used for: secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a grouting layer thickness of ≥150mm. Reinforcement and strengthening (repair thickness ≥40mm) of the beams, slabs, columns, foundations, and floors of buildings. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements, known as reinforcement engineering grouting material.

3. Primarily used for: prestressed duct grouting, secondary grouting for equipment with 10mm < δ < 150mm grouting layer thickness, concrete beam-column reinforcement angle steel and concrete gap grouting, known as concrete crack repair grouting material.

4. Primarily used for: installation of precision, large-scale, and complex equipment; reinforcement and transformation of concrete structures, enhancement, rapid road repair; known as high-strength shrinkage-free grouting material. 5. Primarily used for: grouting material for high-temperature environments, with stable volume under high temperatures and good thermal shock resistance; suitable for equipment foundations requiring secondary grouting with a grouting layer thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm in long-term high-temperature radiation of 500℃; known as heat-resistant grouting material.

6. Primarily used for: Short construction time, reaching C20 strength in 2 hours; immediate operation of equipment; grouting layer thickness 30mm < δ < 200mm; secondary grouting to save construction time; referred to as emergency repair grouting material.

7. Primarily used for: grouting requirements for large-volume, high-precision, and complex-structured equipment, ensuring no blind spots in the grouted areas. Offers excellent stability, known as precision equipment, extra-large heavy-duty equipment grouting material.

8. Primarily used for: Secondary grouting of equipment foundations with a thickness of 30mm < δ < 200mm, where the bolts are anchored and rebars are embedded in the ground under sub-zero temperatures without being affected by frost damage. Secondary grouting for equipment foundations with oil resistance requirements, known as frost-proof grouting material.
