SJ-30Concrete interfacial treatment agent
I. Features
SJ-30Concrete interfacial treatment agent is a two-component cement mortar adhesive enhancer, a two-component emulsion based on waterborne epoxy.
SJ-30Concrete interface treatment agent is a high-performance single-component interface bonding and reinforcing agent with ultra-strong adhesion.
This product boasts excellent adhesion to various substrates such as smooth concrete, decorative tile panels, metals, wood, and plastics. It has superior water resistance, humidity resistance, and freeze-thaw performance. It can be used for construction on damp substrates and is non-toxic, causing no pollution. Additionally, due to the application of the coating treatment process, it is easy to apply, requires minimal quantities, and is widely used in building renovation, old building reconstruction, moisture and waterproofing fields.
II. Application Scope
1. Self-leveling cement surface treatment: Used for preliminary treatment of subgrade before the construction of self-leveling cement floors, enhancing the bonding strength between the self-leveling and subgrade; 2. New and old concrete connection: Used for connecting new and old concrete in construction joints, beam-column reinforcement, and old foundation renovation, increasing shear strength by 3 times; 3. Smooth subgrade plastering: Replaces alkaline washing and degreasing, and manual chiseling on smooth concrete surfaces, improving adhesion by over 6 times; 4. Tile and plank laying: Surface coating or mixed with high-adhesive mortar for direct laying of large tiles and planks, and for粘贴 new tiles on old surfaces; 5. Concrete repair and surface protection: Suitable for surface protection of concrete and steel reinforcement, preventing deterioration and corrosion.
6Surface treatment for oil stains and sanding: Substrates with sanding or minor oil stains can be directly coated and plastered.
7Waterproof, moisture-proof, and anti-corrosion: Can be applied on damp substrates, serves as a moisture barrier for oil-based coatings, and adheres firmly to polyurethane coatings.

4. Construction Techniques and Points of Attention
((I) Construction Technical Points
1. SJ-30Concrete interface treatment agent adhesive liquid preparation: Component A: Component B = 1:3 (weight ratio) for adhesive liquid mixing.
SJ-30Concrete interfacial treatment agent can be used directly; (Method of use is the same as)SJ-40See the table below)
2Substrate Requirements: Remove loose parts from the concrete substrate surface, sweep clean or rinse off surface dust with water. Allow the concrete substrate to be moist or have release agents from molds present, but no standing water or excessive oil stains are allowed.
(II) Precautions
1.Packaging: All products are packaged in plastic drums.SJ-30Component A: 5kg per drum; Component B: 15kg per drum.SJ-4020 kg/bucket
2.The containers for the A and B components should be used separately. Do not mix too much at a time; the adhesive should be used immediately after mixing and should be consumed within 2 to 3 hours.
3.If water separates from component A, mixing it well before use will not affect performance.
4.Do not mix components A and B during storage; the storage temperature must not be below 5°C; unopened, the storage period is twelve months.
V. Recommended Dosage
Part Used | Filling Ratio | Usage Instructions | Adhesive usage |
Self-leveling Interface Handling | Adhesive Liquid: 1 Water: 1-4 | Apply the primer (ratio of glue to water: 1:3-4) to the prepared base surface with a soft brush. After drying, apply the second coat (ratio of glue to water: 1:1). Ensure even application and avoid pooling, then proceed with the self-leveling process. | 0.2~0.3kg/m2 |
Base coat plastering New and old concrete connections | Adhesive Liquid: 1 Cement: 0-1 | 1. Application Method (Wet Coating) 1. Apply the prepared treatment agent evenly to the base surface with a brush; 2. Immediately apply cement mortar or pour concrete while it's still wet; 3. During summer construction, if the surface dries too quickly after the treatment agent is applied, wet the base with water before applying the treatment agent. | 0.2kg/m2 |
Adhesive Liquid: 0.5 Water: 0.5 Cement: 1.5 Yellow Sand: 2 | Sandy Finish Technique (applied after drying): 1. Mix a dilute mortar in proportion; 2. Apply it to the concrete base using brushes, brooms, and other tools to create a rough surface; then apply plaster after it hardens; 3. In areas with formwork or steel bar obstructions, this method can be used for connecting new and old concrete. | 0.3kg/m2
Brick tile installation | Adhesive Liquid: 1 Cement: 0~1 | Application Method: 1. During the tile laying process, in addition to an extra painting step, all other procedures are carried out traditionally; 2. Tiles do not require soaking in water; 3. Apply a primer to the back of the tiles to be粘贴, followed by immediate spreading of cement mortar for laying. | 0.2kg/m2 |
Adhesive: 0.5 Water: 0.5 Cement: 2-4 Yellow Sand: 4-6 | Blending Method: 1. Tiles, granite, and other slab materials can be blended with diluted bonding agent and fine cement sand to form mortar for direct application; 2. When laying new tiles directly on old tiles or polyurethane coatings, first roughen the surface of the old tiles or coatings using the "texturing method" mentioned above, then harden it and mix it according to this blending method to apply the mortar; note that the old tiles or coated walls must not have loose, hollow areas or peeling. | 0.5kg/m2 (3mm combined thickness)
Concrete Surface Protection Waterproof and moisture-proof treatment | Adhesive Liquid: 1 Cement: 1-2 Fine Sand: 1-2 | Mix into a thin or thick slurry and evenly apply to the cleaned concrete base. First coat with thin slurry, followed by two more coats with thick slurry for concrete protection. For waterproofing and moisture-proofing, apply two to three coats, with each coat separated by at least four hours (after the previous coat has dried). | Each Item Dosage 0.2kg/m2 |
Grinding surface treatment | Adhesive Liquid: 1 Cement: 1-2 Fine Sand: 1-2 | Remove loose and detached sand from the ground. First, apply a layer of adhesive liquid, then mix and apply mortar to the sandy surface—after two coats, sprinkle cement for smoothing. | Each dosage amount 0.2kg/m2Left and right |
