Stainless Steel Powder Coated

High-adhesion, corrosion-resistant, electrostatic powder-coated stainless steel base plate color coated coil, using stainless steel as the base plate and powder coating instead of paint for the coating, achieved by advanced technology for one-time coating and molding. The production line is fully automated, green and clean production, with equipment and coating materials owning multiple national invention patents, completely revolutionizing the traditional color coated plate production method, changing the drawbacks of the original process such as heavy paint pollution, unsafe operation, and high energy consumption. The raw materials used in the powder coating are based on various high-performance new materials, free of any solvents, zero VOC, featuring energy-saving, safety, environmental protection, good adhesion, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance. The production unit is a steel strip powder color coated automatic unit, with pre-treatment, one-coat-one-bake, and cold lamination functions. The design production speed is 120m/min, the large board width is 1250mm, and the large thickness is 1.5mm. The normal coating thickness is 45μm/25μm, and by adjusting the powder and coating parameters, the thickness can reach 120μm, requiring only one-time spraying and curing, significantly reducing operating costs.

Powder Coated Performance

Under high magnification, the coating surface reveals many pores on the paint board, while the powder coated board surface is smooth and even. This prevents water molecules, oxygen, and corrosive substances from penetrating vertically through the coating.

Powder coated steel plate offers a wide range of vibrant colors and diverse finishes. It includes matte flat, glossy flat, sand grain, metallic shimmer sand grain, chameleon, and wood grain effects. Additionally, it boasts multiple functionalities such as high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and self-cleaning.
