The relative density is between 1.5~2.0, only 1/4~1/5 of carbon steel, yet the tensile strength is close to, or even exceeds, carbon steel, and the specific strength can be compared to alloy steel. Therefore, it is effective in applications such as aviation, rockets, spacecraft, high-pressure vessels, and other products requiring weight reduction. Some epoxy FRPs can achieve tensile, bending, and compressive strengths of over 400Mpa. FRP is an excellent corrosion-resistant material, offering good resistance to atmospheric conditions, water, and general concentrations of acids, bases, salts, as well as various oils and solvents. It has been applied in all aspects of chemical corrosion prevention and is replacing carbon steel, stainless steel, wood, non-ferrous metals, and others.

Installation Method:

Inspect valves and pipe protection to ensure compliance with installation requirements.

2. Inspect the exterior of the protective case for any damage.

3. Measure the interface dimensions and draw the outline lines on the protective case shell.

4. Cut along the contour line, then open the protective cover to trim any defects.

5. Secure the protective cover onto the valve to be protected, tighten the bolts, and the installation is complete.
