Pipe Cleaning Methods

Chemical Cleaning: Chemical cleaning of pipelines involves temporarily modifying the pipes using chemical agents. This process employs temporary pipelines and circulating pump stations to perform a recirculating chemical cleaning from both ends of the pipeline. The technology boasts strong flexibility, no requirement for specific pipeline shapes, rapid speed, and thorough cleaning.

2. High-Pressure Water Cleaning: Utilizing a high-pressure water jet of over 50 MPa, the technology strips and cleans the interior surface of pipes. This method is primarily used for short-distance pipelines and requires pipe diameters to be greater than 50 cm. It boasts fast cleaning speed and low costs.

3. PIG Pipeline Cleaning: PIG Industrial pipeline cleaning technology relies on the propelling force generated by the pump to drive the PIG (pipeline pig) forward within the pipe, discharging accumulated debris out of the pipeline, thereby achieving cleaning purposes. This technology is widely used in various process pipelines, oil field oil and gas pipelines, and other cleaning projects, particularly for long-distance fluid transportation pipeline cleaning, where it has advantages that no other technology can replace.
