2.3. Welding: Welding personnel to form according to the drawings.

2.4. Grinding: Welded shaped products are ground smooth by a grinder, free of burrs.

2.5 Surface Treatment: Remove oil stains, rust, etc. from the product surface.

2.6. Rust Prevention: Utilizes hot-dip galvanizing process for long-lasting rust resistance.

2.7. Paint: Use high-quality paint to ensure the product shines brightly.

First, remove the rust and clean it thoroughly. Use an iron brush for rust removal.

Rust-inhibiting paint requires one coat application.

Re-select a paint that can be brushed onto metal surfaces, opt for a painter to spray it, as this will result in a more even finish. The irregular shape of the stair railing is not ideal for brushing paint. Sanding before painting is essential, and if the house is already installed, there will be no dust inside. Clean it thoroughly.
