Geotextile

Geotextiles, also known as geotextile materials, are permeable synthetic fiber composites made through needling or weaving. They are one type of new material in geosynthetic materials, typically available in fabric form with widths of 4-6 meters and lengths of 50-100 meters. Geotextiles are categorized into woven geotextiles and nonwoven filament geotextiles.

1. High strength retention; maintains ample strength and elongation in both dry and wet conditions due to the use of plastic fibers.

2. Corrosion-resistant, able to withstand corrosion over a long period in soils and water with varying acidity and alkalinity levels.

3. Excellent permeability; there are gaps between the fibers, hence good water permeability.

4. Excellent antimicrobial properties; resistant to damage from microorganisms and insects.

5. Easy to install due to its lightweight and flexible nature, making transportation, laying, and construction convenient.
