Chain Conveyor Features and Advantages

1. Wide Application Range: Suitable for transporting general solid loose materials and packaged goods, excluding those with high adhesiveness.

3. The traction components are highly durable and capable of conveying over longer distances. Domestic conveyors can reach up to 200 meters in length, while international conveyors exceed 1,000 meters.

4. Flexible conveyor line layout: Compared to belt conveyors, plate conveyors can transport materials at a greater inclination angle and with a smaller bending radius, offering greater flexibility. The inclination angle can reach 30-50 degrees, and the bending radius is 5-8 meters.

5. During the conveying process, various operations such as sorting, washing, drying, cooling, or assembly can be performed simultaneously.
