The Rotating Rake Cleaning Mechanism is assembled into a rotating grate chain with a unique rake tooth design. Driven by a motor reducer, the rake chain performs a reverse water flow rotational movement.

As the rake chain reaches the top of the equipment, guided by the groove wheel and curved track, each rake tooth generates a relative self-cleaning motion. Most solid materials fall off due to gravity. The remainder is cleaned off the rake teeth by the sweeping device's reverse motion.

Rake chain similar to a grate in the direction of water flow; the gap between the rakes mounted on the rake chain shaft can be selected according to the operating conditions. After the rakes separate solid suspended particles from the fluid, it ensures smooth water flow. The entire working process is continuous, or it can be intermittent.
