Stainless Steel Cleaning Machine Product Introduction:An stainless steel cleaner is a specialized water treatment equipment capable of continuously self-cleaning various shaped debris from fluids, widely applicable in urban sewage treatment. It is also used in the water supply industry, power plant intake, and can serve as a preliminary screening device in the wastewater treatment processes of industries such as textiles, food processing, papermaking, and leather. It is one of the advanced solid-liquid screening equipment in China. Currently, there are three materials available for customer selection in the production of cleaners: 1. Carbon Steel Cleaner (surface anti-corrosion), 2. 304 Stainless Steel Cleaner, 3. 201 Stainless Steel Cleaner. Below is the comparison of the differences between the 201 and 304 materials, compiled by our technical staff for customer reference.Common stainless steel sheets are divided into two types: 201 and 304. They differ in composition, with 304 stainless steel being of higher quality but more expensive, while 201 stainless steel is of lower quality but more affordable. The 304 is an imported stainless steel sheet, while the 201 is a domestically produced stainless steel sheet.201 stainless steel contains higher manganese, with a shiny surface and a dark luster; its high manganese content makes it prone to rust. 304 stainless steel has more chromium, resulting in a matte finish and is rust-resistant. When placed side by side, the key difference is their corrosion resistance: 201 has poor corrosion resistance, hence its lower price. Additionally, due to the lower nickel content in 201 stainless steel, it is less expensive than 304, but also has less corrosion resistance.The difference between 201 and 304 stainless steel lies in the nickel content. Moreover, the price of 304 stainless steel is rather expensive now, but at least it can guarantee no rusting during use. (A test can be conducted using stainless steel solution.)Stainless steel resists rusting due to the formation of a rich chromium oxide layer on its surface, which protects the steel body. 201 material is a high-manganese stainless steel with greater hardness than 304 and features high carbon content and low nickel.Composition varies. The weir support is mounted on a concrete foundation, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the rotating mechanical grate cleaner. The rake is inserted to a certain depth into the grates, transferring the debris attached to the grates to the top of the cleaner, completing the flip and dump action, maintaining a clean and debris-free water cross-section. The traction chain is typically made of full stainless steel to ensure underwater operation without corrosion and requires no maintenance.Shipment: When transporting contaminated machine parts in open or boxed packaging, they should comply with the provisions of GB/T 191, be securely placed, and measures should be taken to prevent deformation. Additionally, they must adhere to the relevant regulations for land, sea, and air transportation. ForTransportation of precision parts, electrical cabinets, and instruments, etc., should pay attention to moisture-proofing and vibration resistance.Storage: Products should not be left exposed to the open air. If long-term outdoor storage is necessary, the motor, brake, hydraulic pump station, electrical control cabinet, and other hydraulic and electrical equipment should be disassembled and stored in a warehouse. The main equipment should have rain protection measures.Rust and sand protection measures.
