BIPV Waterproof Bracket

1. Leakproof Design: The entire BIPV waterproof bracket features a leakproof design to prevent water leakage. It incorporates a vertical W-shaped waterproof track, a vertical cover, and a horizontal U-shaped water channel to direct rainwater into the drainage channel, eliminating the need for additional waterproofing on the top surface.

2. Structure Stability: The vertical W-type waterproof track of the waterproof photovoltaic support system is connected to the beam via clamps or L-connection pieces. The photovoltaic modules are secured with pressure blocks and bolts, ensuring the entire photovoltaic system is stable and robust.

3. Aesthetically Waterproof: The BIPV integrated roof is combined with a maintenance walkway, offering a flat and attractive appearance with excellent waterproof performance.

4. Long Service Life: The waterproof photovoltaic support structure is made of galvanized steel and aluminum alloy as the main materials, with excellent corrosion resistance far exceeding that of ordinary galvanized steel plate materials. This ensures that the color steel tiles do not need to be replaced throughout the entire power station's operation period, reducing the later operating costs.
