Can the large mold be vacuumed?

The Magnetic Template internally utilizes a high-energy product rare earth permanent magnet material—Neodymium-Iron-Boron, also known as "Magnet King" due to its excellent magnetic properties as a result of the development of rare earth permanent magnet materials. Neodymium-Iron-Boron is an alloy with neodymium and iron oxide. It possesses both energy product and coercivity. The Magnetic Template is designed to support the weight of an entire mold set. The weight of a large car bumper mold typically ranges from 35 to 45 tons, and it can be easily clamped onto the Magnetic Template for use.

Will power outages lead to mold?

The magnetic template is designed based on the principle of electro-magnetic technology, with the advantage of not losing magnetism in the event of power failure. Electricity is only used during the transient conversion of the magnetic circuit for excitation and demagnetization (only 1~3 seconds), while electricity is used solely for system operation during other times.

How Long Does Magnetic Power Last?

It is well-known that the degradation of a magnet's magnetic properties is an extremely slow process, hence the lifespan of a magnetic template can exceed thirty years, and even longer.

Does Magnetism Pose a Risk to Human Health?

After the magnetic template is energized, a magnetic field will exist at the working surface, which is a permanent magnet field, not an electromagnetic field, posing negligible harm to a normal human body. The radiation space of the magnetic lines is within a limited range of several tens of millimeters. Individuals with internal medical devices should consult a doctor. Additionally, the magnetic template will exert an attractive force on ferromagnetic materials such as wolf heads, wrenches, watches, etc., and it is strictly prohibited to bring credit cards, ID cards, and the like close to avoid demagnetization and failure. Will the high injection temperature cause a decrease in attractive force?

Magnetic materials assembled into magnetic templates undergo rigorous temperature resistance testing. The products are categorized into two grades: 120℃ and 150℃. They are suitable for the production of plastic products.

Can an unstable power supply be used in the factory?

The magnetic template consumes electricity only during the moments of excitation and demagnetization; otherwise, it does not耗电. The controller system is designed with an intelligent constant current control output, ensuring normal operation even with unstable external power sources.

Do you need to modify your molds? Can molds with added heat-insulating panels be used?

The installation of the electric permanent magnet quick change mold magnetic templates allows most molds to be used directly. For asymmetric molds of different genders, please consult the manufacturer for an assessment before use. Additionally, molds equipped with heat-insulating plates are not compatible with the magnetic template system.

Typically, the materials used for making heat-insulating panels for molds are non-magnetic materials with poor thermal conductivity, thus they cannot be used directly. It is perfectly fine to install the heat-insulating panels between the magnetic mold and the injection molding machine's wall panel.

Are the maintenance and operational costs high?

Since the system only uses electrical energy at the moment of magnetization and demagnetization, the aging rate of each component is extremely slow. Moreover, as there are no moving parts inside the product, the magnetic template does not require frequent and complicated maintenance or inspection, resulting in almost zero operational costs.
