The installation process for cement pipe construction mainly includes the following steps:

Preparation Work: Ensure the construction site is level, solid, and free of debris. Inspect the quality of the cement pipes to ensure they meet construction standards. Additionally, prepare necessary materials, such as foundation formwork supports, wire mesh, cement pipes, commercial concrete, as well as transportation equipment and handling devices.

2. Survey and Staking: Based on design drawings and stake records, verify elevation points, establish temporary elevation points, and conduct survey and staking work to determine the centerline position of the pipeline and the excavation scope of the trench.

3. Trench Excavation: Excavate the trench according to the measured and marked lines, ensuring the depth and width meet the specifications. Leave sufficient subgrade soil undisturbed for future manual cleanup and repairs.

4. Installing Concrete Pipes: Place the concrete pipes into the trench, adjust the pipe position to meet design specifications, and ensure the pipes are level and stable.

5. Backfilling with Sand and Gravel: Fill the sides and bottom of the cement pipe with sand and gravel, ensuring the thickness meets design specifications and that the filling is even to prevent uneven stress on the pipe.

6. Fixed Concrete Pipes: Utilize reinforced concrete or other fixed installations to secure concrete pipes in the trench, ensuring stability of the pipeline.

7. Pipeline Connection: For the installation of long-distance cement pipes, pipeline connection is required. Ensure a tight fit at the joints to prevent leaks.

8. Corrosion Protection: Inspect the installed pipelines and apply corrosion treatment to extend their service life.

9. Backfilling Trenches: From both sides of the pipeline, backfill the trench, ensuring the drainage of accumulated water in the trench. After backfilling with soil that meets the specifications, compact the fill material.

Throughout the installation and construction process, rigorous inspections must be conducted to ensure quality, followed by a final inspection upon completion to guarantee the normal operation of the pipeline.
