Zhengzhou Rainwater and Sewer Pipeline Construction Technique

Today, Zhengzhou cement pipe manufacturer introduces the construction technology of Zhengzhou's rain and sewage pipeline.

1. Two rows of stormwater drainage pipes are proposed to be installed beneath the motorized lanes, while two rows of sewage pipes are planned to be situated beneath the pedestrian sidewalks. As the construction methods for stormwater and sewage pipes are essentially the same, this construction organization design will provide a unified introduction to the construction methods for both types of pipes.

2. Construction at the subgrade filling site includes pipeline and manhole installation, which coordinates with the subgrade filling work. When the subgrade filling exceeds 0.5 meters above the top of the sewage pipeline, start by excavating the trench, installing the sewage pipeline and manholes, and then continue with the subgrade construction. Upon reaching the subgrade filling to the bottom surface elevation of the graded aggregate layer, proceed with the installation of the stormwater pipeline and manholes. Mechanical excavation of the trench with a slope of 1:0.25.

3. At the subgrade excavation site, after the road trench has been dug, the pipeline trench is excavated, and construction of the sewage and rainwater pipelines and inspection wells is carried out. The pipeline trench is excavated mechanically with a slope of 1:0.25, and pipes are manually hoisted into position.

After excavation of the trench, the bearing capacity of the trench foundation must be measured. The measurement is conducted using the heavy compaction method. The fine sand cushion layer can be laid only after the foundation bearing capacity meets the design requirements. If the foundation bearing capacity does not meet the design specifications, the trench must be filled with gravel cushion layer for treatment, and then the foundation bearing capacity can be determined after the treatment.

5. Henan Cement Pipe manufacturer conducts measurement and layout for rain and sewage pipelines. Generally, a central pile is set every 20 meters. For drainage pipeline layout, a central pile is typically set every 10 meters. Central piles should be placed at pipeline inspection wells and where pipe diameters change. In necessary cases, protective piles or control piles should be set. After the drainage pipelines are levelled, a longitudinal section of the pipeline should be drawn. The measurement work for drainage pipelines should have a formal measurement notebook, with careful and detailed records.
