DLH-105 Flame Detector

The DLH-105 Flame Detector is primarily used for flame detection in gas industry burners. It boasts reliable detection performance, capable of eliminating the impact of carbon accumulation and wiring distribution capacitance. It is sensitive only to flames and does not respond to high-temperature radiation or convection, featuring strong anti-interference capability.

IV. Installation

Installation

DLH-105Ultraviolet Flame DetectorA non-contact flame detector. When installing, please align the probe with the flame. The probe operates at a temperature of 80°C. When using on burners or other high-temperature equipment, the detection channel in front of the probe must be ventilated and cooled. The diameter of the detection channel must be no less than Φ18, and the installation thread of the probe is 4分管螺纹.

The detection distance of this product increases with the intensity of flame radiation and the widening of the detection channel, but it cannot exceed 10 meters.

2. Troubleshooting

The DLH-105 UV flame detector module is connected to a 220V power source. The power indicator light illuminates, the flame burns, the detection indicator light turns on, and two sets of switch signals are output. When the flame extinguishes, no switch signals are output. If the AC power source used by the user is an ungrounded power source, such as powered by an isolation transformer, please ground one wire of the power source.

Section 6: Troubleshooting

The burner is on fire, but the detector shows no flame. It may be due to dust covering the probe lens. Please clean the quartz lens of the probe. If the flame is still not detected after cleaning, please contact the manufacturer!

2. If the lens of the probe is accidentally broken during installation or use, do not replace it with a regular glass, as regular glass cannot transmit the ultraviolet rays produced by flames.

Seven, Note

1. Variable frequency drives offer unparalleled advantages in industrial production. However, due to the high-power diode rectification and transistor inverter operations within the drives, a high-order harmonic current is generated in the input-output circuit, causing interference to the power supply system, load, and other nearby electrical equipment. This issue is particularly prominent in applications with high anti-interference requirements, such as high-precision instruments and computer control systems. Therefore, for power supplies surrounding flame detectors with variable frequency equipment, an isolation power supply must be added at the flame detector's power input terminal to strictly prevent high-order harmonic currents from burning or piercing the flame detector.

2. Please note waterproofing for this flame detector and flame sensor. When used outdoors, a waterproof cover is required to prevent water from affecting the lifespan of the flame detector.
