III.Ignition Rod
1. Ignition rod tip material: 2520 high-temperature alloy; semnd high-temperature material. Outer diameter of the ignition rod: Φ18, with M18*1.0 installation thread. The length and dimensions of the ignition rod can be customized according to customer requirements.
2. Ignition cable is a specialized high-energy cable, with a voltage resistance of 20kV/AC, operating temperature range of -60℃ to 200℃, length supplied according to customer requirements, but not exceeding 80 meters.
IV. Installation and Wiring
Bore a Φ18.5 hole on the burner and machine an M18*1.0 mounting thread at the hole opening. Simply screw the ignition rod in place. This ignition rod features a new structure and does not require adjustment of the spark distance. It is designed for long-term operation at temperatures up to 1300°C. The firing end of the rod is installed 30-50mm in front of the burner nozzle, with the gas burner using a shorter distance and the oil burner using a longer distance.
V. Usage
This ignition device isHigh-Energy Ignition DeviceThe ignition end resists carbon buildup, allowing for sparking even under carbon accumulation. Therefore, users do not need to clean the ignition end during operation and can use it with confidence.
2. Each ignition should not exceed 30 seconds, ignite for 8-10 seconds, then take a 10-second break before re-igniting. Avoid continuous and prolonged use. Immediately turn off the power to the ignition device after the flame is lit.
3. The front end of this ignition rod features a special structure; users cannot saw off a section and use it.
