Expanding Elbow Fitting

Galvanized elbow pipes are a type of elbow pipe where the surface is coated with zinc material to enhance corrosion resistance. They are available in two types: hot galvanized and electro-galvanized. Hot galvanized coatings are thicker, while electro-galvanized options are more cost-effective but have a less smooth surface. Galvanized elbow pipes are categorized into cold galvanized and hot galvanized, with the former being banned and the latter still recommended by the state for temporary use.

In manufacturing, galvanized pipes sold directly are used for production, which is commonly used for annealing. Another process is to apply galvanization after the production is completed.
