Cross-over tube

Prior to the construction of the trans-track pipeline, technical personnel should research the implementation of the construction organization design, review the design drawings, familiarize themselves with specifications and technical standards, and formulate environmental protection measures. Additionally, on-duty operators should be organized for pre-job training and technical explanations. Arrange the inventory of seamless steel tubes for rolling to meet the required power, communication, and other signal needs.

Construction requirements for crossover pipeline:

1. Elbow joints should be flat.

Each rail pipe should be pre-tightened with several steel wires. The steel wires should extend from both ends of the steel pipe for at least 500mm.

All communication signal cables and power cables should be sheathed in cold-rolled seamless steel pipes.

4. Cross-line pipelines should be laid beneath the central groove, with both ends inclined at 45 degrees, and the bending radius of the steel pipes should not be less than 1 meter.

The crossover conduit holes in the claims are oiled and smooth to protect the cables. The cable slots should be exposed by 1 cm. The nozzles should be sealed with cold sealant to prevent water leakage.
