Monitor Pole Signal Light Series

Monitored Pole, English Name: CoControl rod, a column-shaped bracket for outdoor surveillance camera installations. Road surveillance systems typically use a height of 6 meters with a horizontal arm of 1 meter. In the absence of special circumstances, all monitoring rod embedment concrete is C25 grade, and the steel reinforcement meets national standards and wind resistance requirements.

In the absence of special circumstances, all pre-buried concrete components of the monitoring poles are made of C25 concrete, with reinforcement meeting national standards and wind load requirements. The cement used is No. 425 ordinary Portland cement. The concrete mix ratio and cement dosage should comply with the provisions of GBJ204-83.

2. The monitor pole must have a good grounding with a wire leading into the ground (it is recommended to use conductive material that does not go through the pole body), with the grounding resistance less than 4 ohms.

3. The threads above the embedment anchor bolt flange are securely wrapped to prevent damage. Place the embedment for the monitoring pole according to the embedment installation drawing, ensuring the extension direction of the support arm is perpendicular to the traffic lane (or as required by the engineer). The anchor bolts serve as the main reinforcement.

4. Ensure the concrete pouring surface of the pole foundation is level with a deviation less than 5mm/m to maintain the horizontal alignment of the embedded parts. The flange of the embedded parts should be 20~30mm below the surrounding ground level, and then cover the reinforcing ribs with C25 fine gravel concrete to prevent water accumulation.

5. Handhole pits must be installed adjacent to poles, control cabinets, cable bends, or where the straight length of cable conduit exceeds 50 meters, or when the ends of the cable conduits are not on the same plane and are more than 100 mm apart. The internal dimensions of the handhole pit should be 500 (length) × 500 (width) × 600 (depth) MM, lined with gravel for drainage purposes; the four walls of the handhole pit must be plastered with cement sand mortar.

6. The control box is supplied by the equipment manufacturer according to the required capacity. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm, coated with outdoor plastic powder, and properly sealed for waterproofing, anti-theft, and heat dissipation.

7. Structural steel shall not have defects such as cracks, delaminations, double skin, inclusions, etc., which affect the material and mechanical properties. The depth of any pitting or scratches should not exceed 1/2 of the negative tolerance of the steel thickness, and should not be greater than 0.5mm.
