Raymond Garments Chairman Wang Xicheng was invited to attend the youth entrepreneurs' learning symposium convened by the All-China Youth Federation and the China Youth Entrepreneurs Association.

On the morning of August 21, 2023, a symposium on studying, publicizing, and implementing the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Promoting the Development and Strengthening of Private Economy" was held in Beijing. The symposium invited Hu Sheng, the Secretary of the Secretariat of the Communist Youth League of China, to engage in discussions with young entrepreneurs, and relevant comrades from the Youth Development Department and United Front Work Department of the Communist Youth League of China attended. Pan Gang, the President of the China Young Entrepreneurs Association, represented the association in issuing a call for action regarding the study and implementation of the "Opinions." Xu Huaping, the Executive Vice President of the China Young Entrepreneurs Association, presided over the meeting. Wang Xicheng, the Chairman of Raymon Garments Co., Ltd., participated in the symposium.

Hu Sheng pointed out in the symposium that the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of the private sector economy. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a series of important statements have been made to provide fundamental guidance for improving the socialist market economy system with Chinese characteristics and developing the private sector economy. The Party Central Committee and the State Council have issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Development and Strengthening of the Private Sector Economy," further providing direction and injecting strong momentum for the high-quality development of the private sector. Young entrepreneurs should accurately grasp the overall situation, firmly believe in development, and bravely take up their responsibilities. They should enhance the new advantages of enterprise development through technological innovation, stimulate new momentum for development through transformation and upgrading, and shape a new pattern of enterprise development with the spirit of entrepreneurs. They should unwaveringly strive to expand, improve, and strengthen their enterprises, becoming vanguards of high-quality development. The China Youth Entrepreneurs Association should study and deeply understand the spirit of the "Opinions," organize and lead member associations at all levels to actively play their roles, regularly carry out ideological and political guidance for young entrepreneurs, actively perform contact, service, and cohesion work, and strive to promote the healthy development of the association and the integrated and mutually promoting development of serving young entrepreneurs.

Pan Gang emphasized in the initiative that young entrepreneurs should firmly anchor the goals and tasks determined by the Party's 20th National Congress, deeply understand the strategic objective to promote the "expansion, optimization, and strengthening" of the private sector economy, and closely combine the spirit of studying and implementing the "Opinion" with that of the Party's 20th National Congress. They should strengthen their ideals and beliefs, boost confidence in development, enhance driving force, and strive for new achievements in the new era. They should focus on national strategic needs and industry trends, practice new development concepts, actively tackle difficulties, concentrate on strengthening and optimizing their main businesses, enhance core competitiveness, improve international competitiveness, actively participate in major national strategies, bravely undertake significant tasks, and contribute youthful energy to the advancement of high-quality economic development. They should vigorously promote the spirit of entrepreneurs, strengthen patriotic情怀, dare to innovate, uphold honesty and lawfulness, assume social responsibilities, broaden their international perspective, dare to take risks, and actively unleash innovative vitality and creative potential. They should proactively play a leading role as outstanding entrepreneurs, courageously bear the responsibilities of the times, actively contribute to society, and establish a new type of government-enterprise relationship characterized by intimacy and clarity, gathering the pioneering force of young entrepreneurs for high-quality development.
