Girder floor deck

The truss deck, also known as reinforced truss formwork, is a composite structural system that involves processing the main reinforcing steel bars in a factory using special equipment to form steel trusses. These trusses are then welded to galvanized steel plates to create a unified structure. During the structural floor construction phase, this system replaces the construction formwork with galvanized steel plates, which, together with the steel truss structure welded to the reinforcing steel within the structure, bear the weight of the concrete floor and construction loads. After the concrete is poured, a reinforced truss concrete floor is formed, which withstands the loads during use.
