Truss floor deck

Girder deck plates, also known as reinforced girder formwork, are a composite structural system formed by processing the main reinforcing steel in the factory into a girder using special equipment, and then welding the steel girder with galvanized steel plates. During the structural floor construction phase, this system replaces the construction formwork with galvanized steel plates, which, together with the welded steel girder in the structure, bear the self-weight of the concrete floor and construction loads. After pouring concrete, a reinforced girder concrete floor is formed, which withstands service loads during use.
