Filtering and Washing in One

The entire drum of the filter-washing combined equipment is designed and manufactured according to pressure vessel specifications. The entire working process can be carried out in an enclosed environment. During the filtration stage, vacuum is primarily drawn from the bottom of the drum. To enhance filtration efficiency, positive pressure can be applied within the drum, generally not exceeding 0.1 MPa. During the washing process, the S-shaped impeller's forward rotation and up-and-down movement serve as a stirring action, ensuring thorough washing of the washing fluid and material.
