The picking packing machine is mainly composed of the following parts: frame, robotic arm, cardboard box conveyor and positioning mechanism, and material arrangement mechanism. Firstly, the cardboard box conveyor and positioning mechanism transport the sealed-bottom cardboard boxes from the front conveyor to the packing station, opening the box flaps to maintain an outward-stretched position. Simultaneously, the material arrangement mechanism adjusts the running speed of the incoming material, widening the distance between the materials, then arranges them into rows for packing at the packing station. Subsequently, the robotic arm picks up the materials from the arrangement and positioning mechanism and places them into the cardboard boxes.

An automatic case packing machine is an intelligent automated equipment that can automatically arrange and pack products into cardboard boxes based on their shape, utilizing gripping, suction cups, and special grippers. It accommodates various containers such as flat bottles, oval bottles, round bottles, irregularly shaped bottles, glass bottles, round cans, square cans, paper cans, and various box-shaped and bag-shaped products.
